Prince’s Kitchen because we trust you

Hi Mike,

As you know, we truly love our kitchen. We weren’t kidding, we find ourselves just staring at everything you (all of you!) did. It really transformed our home for us.

We also know that you shaved every dime you could for us, without it affecting the quality of your work. We wanted a Prince’s Kitchen because we trust you, believe in you, and know you stand behind your work. We know we aren’t a traditional client of yours; we fully understand many of your clients spend three times or more than what we did, but you never made us feel less important. We didn’t expect your generosity, but can’t thank you enough for working with our budget.

I just cannot say enough. Thank you, Mike. Please let both your son and grandson know they are a fantastic team who did an amazing job. Oh, and the gift set is beautiful. The start to a new collection.

Our one regret

Hi Michael,

“Young” Michael installed the decorative panels on our cabinets on Friday and they look awesome! They just seem to add that finishing touch to the cabinets which we would have never even thought of doing without you. Thank you VERY MUCH for your generous gift and thoughtfulness. Our one regret is that we don’t have another kitchen that we could have Prince Kitchens remodel. We really enjoyed the whole process and especially working with you and all the other Prince family members.

When I remember sitting in your office going over and over the plans and tweaking until you were probably ready to strangle me, well, it was all worth it. Your professional knowledge made the plan a COMPLETE success. Seriously, EVERYTIME I walk into the kitchen I still can’t believe how perfect it is and how happy I am with our decisions.

Prince Kitchens Recommendation:

We actively spoke with several contractors about installing a new kitchen at our residence. When we met with, Mike Prince, Sr., at Prince Kitchens, we found him to be extremely professional, down-to-earth, knowledgeable of his products, and up to date on current line of products. We were very pleased with his design based on our preferences of cabinets, flooring, counter tops, etc. He also established a line of communications that kept us well informed on all aspects of the installation, times of arrivals, etc., which we greatly appreciated. His projected start/completion dates were quite accurate.

Mike, Sr., was extremely patient when we requested an increase to the original scope of work for this project; adding several other minor projects to our original scope.

We found Mike Prince, Jr., to be the consummate professional . . .efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our queries. We always were provided updates from Mike, Jr, on worker arrival/start times, projected times of material arrival and installation, as well as dates they would not be on-site. Mike, Jr., installed a beautiful kitchen, and added little extras to enhance the style and appearance of the tile and cabinets.

Seldom have we found a truly professional contractor who stands by his work, prompt to address and correct any issues, and great prices. We would highly recommend Mike Prince, Sr. and Jr., to anyone seeking a new kitchen.

They were quick to repair or respond

Renovated the entire kitchen, knocked out a wall separating kitchen from family room to give an open feel. Put hardwood flooring in the adjoining sun room and installed heating to use room year-round.

It went well. Took a little longer that expected to complete but not by much. Any minor issues we had they were quick to repair or respond to.

Always helpful, offering great suggestions
From the first meeting it was a good experience. Pete was always helpful, offering great suggestions without being pushy, and answering any question, no matter how silly they may have been. Work was done quickly,the guys were very professional, cleanup was done every day, and any problems that did arise( and there are always some on any job) were dealt with quickly and to satisfaction. I would call them again for any renovations I may have coming up without a second thought.

We met Mike and Pete Prince at the builder's show in York in February 2012. The goal at the show was to find a company to reface our existing kitchen. We decided that a total remodel would be more satisfactory , after talking to Mike. There were delays in beginning the job due to the incompetence of a company we hired to erect an addition for the dining room but Prince Kitchens worked around the disruption. The remodel took only a few weeks after starting. All the work was done by Prince; no sub-contractors. Their showroom in Glen Rock is so complete that we did not have to run around to various suppliers looking at samples. Mike is very talented with design and helped us turn our vague idea of what we wanted into a viable and satisfying concept. Prince is not the least expensive option but the quality and service is well worth the expenditure for the central room of your home. We regard Prince Kitchens not only as a business but also as friends. We recommend Prince Kitchens to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen remodel.
